Our Impact

Soldier Eshete works for the Keyit clinic in the Simien Mountains. These are his words.

"My name is Soldier Eshete Moges.

I am no longer a fighter, but now I work with this health centre providing rural ambulance services taking women who are delivering from their homes to the health clinic and back.

Previously women were transported on a wooden stretcher...they could fall off and fatalities could happen.

There is a big difference in the way things were and now."

"Now it is much better"
